Shipping policy

At Simply Ice Cream, we’re committed to delivering our products in a way that’s both reliable and environmentally responsible. To help reduce our carbon footprint and minimise emissions from frequent courier journeys, we ship all online orders once a week.

Delivery Schedule

  • Orders placed by Monday at 12pm will be shipped for Wednesday delivery of the same week.

  • Orders placed after this cut-off will be dispatched the following week.

Sustainable Delivery

To maintain the perfect frozen temperature during transit, we deliver using dry ice. This ensures your ice cream arrives in excellent condition, but it does increase delivery costs.
We believe in transparent pricing and want to make our treats accessible, so we subsidise the true cost of shipping - you pay only part of the fee, and we cover the rest.

What to Expect

  • Deliveries arrive fully insulated and packed with dry ice.

  • Please handle dry ice with care and allow it to dissipate in a well-ventilated area.

  • Your ice cream should be placed in the freezer as soon as possible after delivery.
