The Wait Is Over: Our Signature Flavours, Now in 2L Scooping Tubs

We're thrilled to announce the launch of our brand-new 2 litre scooping tubs, now available to buy online for the first time ever. The larger tubs will initially be available in two of our best-selling flavours - Dreamy Vanilla and Heavenly Honeycomb, making them the perfect addition to festive celebrations this year.

Handmade in small batches in the heart of the Kentish countryside, our luxurious creations are crafted using just a handful of natural ingredients - with no artificial colours, flavours, preservatives or emulsifiers. Each batch is hand-whisked and hand-potted, reflecting our commitment to quality, care, and traditional craftsmanship that has defined our ice cream for over 20 years.

Priced at £24 per 2 litre tub, the new size offers over 20 generous scoops - ideal for Christmas dinners, dinner parties, or simply indulging at home. While it may seem a premium price, it represents excellent value, as it’s significantly cheaper than buying the same quantity in our popular 120ml mini tubs.

The launch flavour Heavenly Honeycomb, a finalist in the 2025 Quality Food Awards, features handmade honeycomb pieces swirled through a double cream base for a truly decadent treat. The equally loved Dreamy Vanilla showcases Simply Ice Cream’s mastery of timeless simplicity and rich, natural flavour.

“At this time of year, we know families and friends love sharing exceptional food,” says Sally Newall, founder of Simply Ice Cream. “Our new 2 litre scooping tubs make it easier than ever to enjoy our handmade ice cream together - whether served alongside a hot dessert or savoured just as it is.”

Unlike most ice creams on the market, our recipe contains no emulsifiers or stabilisers, allowing the purity of the ingredients to shine through. At the time of launch, Simply Ice Cream is the only brand offering a luxury, all-natural ice cream in this large, convenient format.
